Return Policy (Including EU Consumer Rights)
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. We understand that choosing personal and spiritual items online can be difficult, so we offer a 30-day return and exchange window for eligible orders with proof of purchase.
🇪🇺 EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
If your order is placed from the European Union, you are entitled to a minimum 14-day cooling-off period under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
This means you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason and without justification.
We extend this right by offering a 30-day return window for all customers, including EU customers.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, or incorrect shipment), we will cover the return shipping cost.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
