Shipping Policy (ZenHima)

At ZenHima, our goal is to provide reliable and efficient international shipping to customers worldwide. Every day, we fulfill hundreds of orders and strive to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

1. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide, with only a few exceptions due to logistics or customs restrictions.

We are continuously expanding our global shipping coverage.

2. Shipping Fees

Standard Shipping Policy

  • Orders over $69.99 USD qualify for free shipping
  • Orders below $69.99 USD will incur a $10 USD shipping fee

Additional Notes

  • Free shipping applies only to eligible paid products and does not include promotional or free items
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and logistics provider
  • Even for promotional or free items, a handling and shipping fee may still apply due to logistics costs

🇪🇺 EU Customers – Customs, VAT & Import Duties Notice

For orders shipped to the European Union, please note:

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT (value-added tax), and customs fees upon arrival
  • These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost
  • All customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are the responsibility of the customer

These fees are determined by your local customs authority and vary depending on your country’s regulations.

ZenHima has no control over these charges and cannot predict the exact amount.

3. Delivery Time

Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

(Excluding customs delays, weekends, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances)

Order Processing Time:

2–5 business days

Shipping Time:

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–20 business days
  • EU Deliveries: 7–20 business days (may extend to 25 business days depending on customs clearance)

We work with international logistics partners to ensure reliable delivery, but customs inspections in EU countries may occasionally cause delays.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

If tracking information is not updating immediately, please allow 3–5 business days for carrier scanning updates.

5. Tracking Delays

Some of our products are handmade in regions such as Tibet and Nepal. These items may be consolidated and shipped through logistics hubs (e.g., Chengdu, China) before international dispatch.

Tracking information may not update until the parcel reaches the international shipping center and is scanned by the carrier.

This is normal—please allow a few days for updates.

6. Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information.

If you notice an error, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes or rerouting.

7. Lost or Missing Packages

If your package has not arrived within 60 days from shipment, please contact us at:
